The Buster Bat Payment Methods
We accept VISA, and MasterCard on this website drawn on a U.S. bank with a U.S. address. Credit cards are charged at the time an order is submitted. For assistance with billing questions, please email thebusterbat@gmail.com and indicate in the subject line “billing question”.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to those states, including, but not limited to, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Texas. Sales tax is calculated at check out.
Design and Manufacturing
The Buster Bat design is unique and took over 20 years to develop today’s product. The bat is 100% engineered and made in the U.S.A. The Buster Bat Company strives to do business with other companies who practice sustainable sourcing of wood used in the manufacturing of the bat.
Shipping & Delivery for Bats
The Buster Bat Co. ships via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) within the United States contiguous states, and to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Shipping options may be limited based on delivery address, i.e. shipments to P.O. Boxes are delivered by the United States Postal Service. If you live in a rural location, please allow additional time for delivery. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and the amount will be presented based on the weight of the order, the delivery address and selected delivery date. Buster Bats are usually shipped 1-2 bats per box. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you are ordering for a team, please contact us at thebusterbat@gmail.com so that the most economical shipping cost can be determined for your benefit.
We expect to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary, based on selected service and destination. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail and advised of the expected ship date. Backordered items are shipped when available, usually within 14 business days.
The Buster Bat Co., uses third-party shippers and is not responsible for the shipment once it is delivered to the shipper. Inclement weather, seasonal peak time, delays by the shipper and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. Shipping providers may increase shipping charges during high volume or seasonal time periods. Seasonal order cut-off times and available delivery dates are subject to change without notice to us or to our customers.
Order Tracking: All express shipped orders can be tracked online. However, not all regular shipments have this option. You can find your tracking number two ways: Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there is one.
Large Orders: Large orders may require other shipping options not available on the website, i.e. large lighting system, large bat orders, or items requiring pallet shipping. Shipping methods may vary on large shipments that involve pallets requiring large freight carriers (UShip, FedEx Ground or other transport carriers). Shipping costs for less-than-truckload (LTL), express freight or large-volume shipments require cost quotes from transport carriers. Before shipment, we will contact you regarding cost, and if agreed, will bill you separately. Shipping must be paid before items are shipped. Large order shipping methods, dispatch and variance in delivery date will be communicated once agreed.

Warranties and Returns:
The Buster Bat Company takes great pride in the quality of our products and we want you to be satisfied with your order. We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip past our attention or a bat may be damaged during shipping.
The bats are high performance and each is carefully inspected prior to shipment, however, it can be expected that some natural wood products can have visible or hidden imperfections that affect performance. Upon arrival, please inspect your product and shipping carton carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If the product is damaged, you may return the new, unused product to us within thirty (30 days) of purchase for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.
We accept returns for damaged merchandise that was purchased directly from The Buster Bat Co. on this website, from other “official” Buster Bat internet based shops, or from direct sales affiliate links we control within thirty days (30 days) of purchase. The Return Policy also applies to items purchased directly from Buster Bat Co. representatives at events using other payment processing methods. If you purchase a Buster Bat at an event, please confirm the person selling you the bat is an authorized agent or sales representative. Items purchased as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
To Process a Return: Return the item(s) to us new, unused and in the original shipping packaging with the original receipt. Prior to return, email thebusterbat@gmail.com and in the subject line indicate the word “RETURN and your receipt number”. Please provide a brief description why the product is being returned and, if possible, include an electronic photo of damage, including photos of boxes if the damage was due to shipping/transit. In order to service you better, please do not send back an item before contacting us to begin the return/exchange process.
Return items to 420 Cooper Drive, Harrison, Arkansas 72601. Once the returned product has arrived at our facility, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns are processed within 7-14 days of receipt of returned product and identifying information. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as utilized for payment, for the amount you paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase, including discounts applied at the time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if we suspect abuse of our Policy.
